With the goal to promote the health industry of Europe and China and strengthen the collaboration among their healthcare providers, HTI and GCMA signed a strategic cooperation agreement. It foresees the exchange of consulting services, access to institutions, companies and healthcare practitioners, organizing training programs and promoting travelling for care in general. China is the largest source market in the world, and such a partnership represents an added value for the upcoming HTI events and buyers’ network.
The agreement follows multiple joint projects and activities, among others: GCMA was HTI Country Partner at the European HTI Summit offered in the European Parliament in Brussels in November 2018; a group of GCMA members visited chosen healthcare providers in Croatia in December 2018, hosted by the Croatian National Tourist Board, while HTI attended and had several presentations at the Nanshan Summit in Hainan in April 2019.
