Since 2011, HTI Conferences have been organised in Croatia, in Zagreb and Krapinske Toplice, always endorsed by the Croatian Chamber of Economy. After being recognized as an international event with speakers and trade visitors from more than 30 countries in 2105, the HTI Conference & Expo 2016 was then offered in Austria (Vienna).
