Bagatin Clinic from Croatia, the HTI Bronze & Expert Partner of the European HTI Summit 2019 in Brussels, is organizing together with the collaborative international presenter Cleveland Clinic the first European Patient Experience and Innovation Congress – EPIC in Dubrovnik, 19-21 March 2020.
EPIC brings together some of the most influential physicians, MedTech start-ups and health professionals from Europe & beyond to the table to improve how the patients will experience healthcare in the near future.
EPIC is designed for a comprehensive exploration of the whole range of relations; from those that exist between healthcare providers and patients all the way through technological challenges to private clinics and users who want and need particular services.
The concept will involve scientific, clinical, behavioural and social perspectives ranging from a high-level innovative (futuristic) approach all the way to one of the currently best examples in practice. The experience of patients will be explored and analysed from a human perspective, as well as how the modern-day technology and science can improve user experience.
The agenda of EPIC congress includes the design of the system for enhancing patients experience, the role of science and artificial intelligence in the development of services, opportunities for investing in various services, interpersonal methods for improving patient’s health care, mobile programs and applications for personal care, as well as the topics about the future of healthcare.
There are about 4 months left until the European Patient experience & Innovation Congress in Dubrovnik, but the event already captured a huge interest of experts and public all over the world, so HTI can only recommend to save the date and join EPIC.
