Expert in the field of medical and wellness tourism, medical business consultant, healthcare organizer, and medical doctor. Based in Moscow and active in medical tourism since 2012 as organiser of doctors’ exchange programmes from Russia to European clinics, and conferences for Italian hospitals entering Russia. Intensively collaborating with a medical cluster in South Korea, medical travel agencies in Kazakhstan, and the Russian associations of medical tourism in organizing joint events and buyers’ meetings. Chairman of the International Council of the Association of Managers in Healthcare of Russia, and deputy general manager of medical department LLC Lee Prime Medical (construction and building new medical and wellness facilities). Frequent speaker in Russia and consultant to the prominent hospital groups in Russia and Italy. Liudmila is also the HTI Representative for Russia and CIS countries.
