Dr. Lanalee Araba Sam is a global speaker, philanthropist, and super connector. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology; the Director of Gynecologic Robotic Surgery at the West Boca Medical Center; the Director of Women’s Health Services at Florida Medical Center; and the Co-Founder of Concierge Pregnancy.
Dr. Sam performed the first-ever robotic assisted total laparoscopic hysterectomy in Palm Beach County.
In April 2014, she was deemed one of South Florida’s 50 most Powerful and Influential Black Professionals. Most recently, she was named a 2016 Woman of Distinction by the Lauderhill Regional Chamber of Commerce.
DocStar Lanalee Araba Sam served as the team physician for the Freedom Challenge successfully summiting Mt Kilimanjaro March 2015 and raising over one million dollars to fight human trafficking.
Dr. Sam is an avid triathlete having competed in over twenty-five triathlons, ten five K races and two half marathons, since her first season in 2010.
